  Worst service ever! Starting with rude attitude in drive-thru. When I placed a late night order and the lady gave me my drink with no ice and when I asked for ice she said they were all out. So I said I didn't want the drink and she said "I already charged you" and handed me my receipt. She turned and told some young man to see if he could "find a little bit if ice" They must have been so anxious to go home, that they didn't care to get the rest of the order right either. When I realized the order was wrong (I was still in the parking lot) and I walked up to the door, it was locked and though I could see the workers behind the counter, no one would acknowledge me! Unfortunately this is not the first time, the last time I was there was about 3 months ago. Had an equally bad experience and suggested to management that they should provide additional training to their employees. I had hoped things had changed but after this I will not be going back, ever!

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The manager had to be called over because the guy taking my order didn't know how to input the special that was displayed in the window. And the manager acted like I was lying and asked what I was talking about. So I pointed at the sign and she then asked her employee when the sign was hung up cause she didn't know anything about it. Therefore she had to call someone else on the phone. Meanwhile there is line getting bigger by the minute. So after they finally figured out how to input this they still didn't get my order correct and over charged me. Shouldn't the manager know her menu and specials?. And seriously don't come to. Work with nasty hickeys all over your neck!! Set an example lady
