  The taste of papa Murphy's is great. But the staff at the Ephrata location SUCKS!!!! They ALWAYS mess up my order somehow. Their debit/credit card machine never works so make sure to bring cash. All the staff besides the manager are high schoolers who clearly aren't taking their job seriously. Be prepared to have good pizza, just not the pizza you ordered.

  Not impressed at all. My Wife called in an order and was quoted $14 plus tax, I went to pick it up and was charged $18 plus tax. Took the pizzas outside to the car and showed my Wife the receipt who went back inside to inquire why we were quoted one price and charged another. The "manager" was completely rude and short and said we had been misquoted and couldn't/wouldn't refund the money because I had already paid (30 seconds earlier). Told my Wife that "she can't sell it at that price......"The employee who misquoted the price was apologetic and professional. Not impressed with the customer service.
